WHAT IS THE 21 DAY GET FIT CHALLENGE?

The 21-Day Get Fit Challenge is Heidi's step-by-step program to gradually increase your fitness levels over 21 days. Starting with just 6 minutes of exercise on day one, you'll build up to 20 minutes by the end of the challenge! We do this by adding 1 minute of work every workout!

This challenge is designed to provide you with the tools that are proven to work, not just for 21 days, but for every single day after.  You’ll see incredible results in these next 3 weeks and leave with the biggest win…the blueprint on how to actually enjoy the journey of becoming the best version of YOU.
Heidi is by your side every step of this journey interacting with you inside a private community where she and her team will be teaching you, guiding you, and celebrating your wins.

There may also be a few squirrel moments in between, but we make up for it with a TON of giveaways!

THE
PROGRAM

This program was developed for true beginners.
We will start with the basics.

Workouts starting at just 6 minutes a day.
Every day we will add 1 minute to your total workout time.
Finish the program by completing a full 2o minute workout!

WORK OUT AT THE GYM OR  HOME

Whether you prefer dumbbell workouts or bodyweight exercises, our program can be scaled up or down to your needs.

GUIDED WORKOUTS

Each workout comes with expert guidance. Heidi will personally explain every move, provide video demonstrations, and offer progress tracking.

LOOK AND FEEL BETTER

Small changes add up to huge results. By gradually increasing your daily workout duration, you'll build strength and endurance and form a habit of daily exercise that will last a lifetime.

NUTRITION AND LIFE LESSON TIPS

In addition to your core workouts, each week,  Heidi will provide nutrition and life lesson tips that will help you fuel your body and train your mindset around total transformation.

Alexa Pitcher has worked with Heidi for over 5 years. Chef Reyes was connected to her first personal chef client, a player for the Arizona Diamondbacks, 10 years ago. Today Artisan Personal Chefs is committed to creating excellent opportunities to women in the culinary industry.
