DAY 1 has arrived, and we’re ready for our first 5-minute workout! Are you ready to dive in?

HERE'S YOUR FIRST 5-MINUTE WORKOUT!
Today we’re going to stick to three foundational movements. When you’re ready, set the clock for 5 minutes, and go through this circuit as many times as you can!

Push Ups:

5 reps

Back straight

Modify by dropping knees to the ground

Swing Ups:

10 reps

Go at your own pace

Modify by swinging just as high on your thighs as possible

Squats:

15 reps

Track your knees over your toes

Modify by using a bench or sofa as you sit to support some of your weight


NUTRITION TIP:
DRINK MORE WATER!
80% of Americans are chronically dehydrated, and you’re probably one of them.
Not drinking ENOUGH water for your body suppresses your metabolism, making it really hard for your body to burn fat!
Ideally, you should be drinking HALF your bodyweight in ounces of water each day. So if you weigh 200 pounds, you should drink 100 ounces of water!
It can be hard to drink that much water if you’re not used to it, so for now, I am challenging you to drink just 8 ounces MORE than you did YESTERDAY!

Every time you take a drink, don’t set it down until you have had 10 big gulps of water. Trust me, it’s easier than you think AND this will help you get your water in!
