SO HERE’S how this is all going to go down:

Each day, starting tomorrow, you are going to receive an email from me that will give you your challenge for the day. Here’s what you should expect:
A video explaining the day’s challenge
A five-minute workout—perfect for ANY fitness level
A nutrition tip
A mindset tip or life lesson
A worksheet where you can track your goals
A couple things I want you do right away before the challenge begins:
  • Suspend your disbelief and apprehensions about this challenge. I know you’ve probably tried programs like this in the past and haven’t got the results you wanted. I know 5 minutes a day doesn’t seem like much, but trust me, this challenge is going to totally change you and your ability to take on larger commitments. Once you’ve built “integrity momentum” with yourself, that’s when you’ll experience that belief again! In the meantime, remind yourself that your approach to this challenge versus programs you’ve tried before, are completely different. We’re starting with one commitment at a time.
  • COMMIT to doing this challenge to its COMPLETION. This only works if you are TRULY committed to doing it. So, make the commitment right now and promise yourself that you will finish every single day of this challenge. After all, it’s only 5 days, and it’s only 5 minutes a day. YOU CAN DO THIS!
  • Plan for your challenge. Decide where you are going to do your daily workout, whether it’s in your house, your garage, your backyard, whatever. MAKE A PLAN. Have all your workout clothes ready. Decide what time of the day you are going to work out. I HIGHLY recommend doing it first thing in the morning as soon as you wake up so you can check it off the list, and whatever else happens that day, you’ve already accomplished a lot because you’ve already kept your commitment for the day. Basically, I want you to remove all the barriers and excuses that could keep you from accomplishing your goal. Get everything ready so that when your challenge starts, all you have to do is get it DONE!
I’m SO EXCITED for you to start this challenge!!! I know if you really commit and show up for yourself, you ARE going to see real, sustainable changes! The most exciting part is when you begin noticing the differences within yourself in just 5 days. Being here is the biggest win of all, and what better way to build self-confidence than finishing what you started?!
