You might know me as the fitness and transformation expert from ABC’s Extreme Weight Loss, but I’m so much more than that. I’m a mother of four, an entrepreneur, a published author, and an incredibly strong woman. I believe in working up a sweat, working hard every day, and deep belly laughs. I also believe there’s no such thing as too many iced coffees (One pump mocha, hold the sweetener, please!).
